Robert Nordlund founded Association Reserves in 1986. Robert is a registered Professional Engineer and a true pioneer in the Reserve Study industry. Robert has greatly influenced the community association industry and was even involved in creating the 1998 National Reserve Study Standards.
Cathy Schrader, PE
Director of Marketing & Communications
Cathy Schrader helped co-found Association Reserves in 1986 and is also a registered Professional Engineer. Cathy designed, and continues to manage, all of the company’s administrative, production, marketing, and hiring processes.
